The Flats at Springhurst

KD was supper helpful answering all my questions about the property. Her friendly attitude made speaking with her easy.

Cortrell has been so friendly and helpful, especially when it comes to responding and helping me find my packages. I just had to write a review...! Thank you

This place is fantastic! It is well kept and the apartments are new and gorgeous. When we arrived to get information, we were warmly greeted by KD. She was very knowledgeable and gave us a thorough tour. She answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home.

Came in for a tour and had the pleasure of touring with the property manager, KD. She was very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions/concerns regarding the lease agreement and qualifications to rent there. She’s awesome!
